"Updated 01/11/2024: It has now been almost 2 years since my service dog and I met with Mrs. Antonette. Despite driving in from Colorado on multiple occasions, I still have not been offered to buy either of the Rolex timepieces I have shown interest in any configuration. Very disappointed. So I took the initiative to call Rolex HQ in Switzerland and spoke with a very friendly Rolex representative, he informed me that there is no waiting lists, and there hasn’t been since the first months of Covid. Rolex even told me it’s a preferred client list, and that I have to continue working with my AD. Well, my AD doesn’t see any value in me or want to sell me anything - despite already having a purchase history with Rolex. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the only Rolex AD in the state of New Mexico. Original Review 05/17/2022: My service dog and I came in today and met with Mrs. Antonette. We spent over 1 full hour with her asking to view the timepieces I have interest in as well as answering all of her questions about me being a disabled veteran, being injured overseas and the difficulty I face now that I am home."
