"Ultimate accessories installed a bike rack hitch on a new mazda cx30 last week. I’m sure for them it was a small job, but for me it was something I wanted done right. Even with a full load of much bigger jobs, the hitch was installed with a smudge to anything else on the car. A very competent job for a small job that was important to me."

They came to my work, picked up my car, fixed it, and returned it. It was really above and beyond. Craig always answers the phone with good customer service and is very helpful. George worked on my car and did a clean install, and then troubleshooting when it needed to be done."

"Ordered a new roll up bed cover for my truck, the one that arrived and was installed was damaged during the installation process. Ulitmate made a warrantee claim for me and a new one made, shipped and installed. Awesome Service so far.... Fast forward to last month and another wrinkle came up at the back of the truck bed, I went to Ultimate again and they say they made a warrantee claim and i should hear back in a couple of days. Coming up on 4 weeks and nothing back. I've called them several times, even trying to contact Management w/o any response. I'm just not getting a good service feeling from Ultimate on this. Looking like i'll need another truck accessories company to shop at moving forward as i won't shop here again. This would be a 0 review if possible. GMs response was to original issue... nothing back from this place in weeks. And the manufacture got me a replacement cover N/C, i was able to install it on the existing rails. It would have taken Ultimate 10 minutes to do this. Jeff Z"
