"I like to support local businesses and Paradise Chevron is literally 1/2 mile from my house. I needed to upgrade my brakes for towing a travel trailer. Michael was very helpful and friendly, explaining options. He got my truck in to replace the brakes quickly. After he looked at it, he called to let me know what the price was going to be. He encountered an issue where a previous tire installer had stripped out two lug nuts but he was able to drill them out. That extra time only raised the estimate about $100. TBH, since I've only driven the vehicle that 1/2 mile back home, so I'll reserve the fifth star for after I've had the opportunity to try out the brakes while towing my trailer."
"I've gone here for the past 3 years with multiple vehicles and had great service. Last month they charged my wife 900+ dollars to change her brake pads. I don't know if it's a new mechanic or what but it's completely ruined my opinion of them as an honest business. I won't be doing my business here again."
