"We used Bespoke to renegotiate our existing lease on an industrial warehouse. Being a print manufacturer, we invested significant resources installing heavy machinery, upgrading the power, air-conditioning and humidity control. On top of being expensive to move the number of optional buildings to move into were very limited.
