"The Starbucks in this target do not engage with their customers even when it is not busy at the moment… literally waiting in line for 20mins no one didn’t not acknowledge me until I walk away - i get it sometimes when we’re working we don’t pay attention but you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times for your safety and customer. Customer service need to be improved it only take a sec for you to acknowledge a customer just said” Hey I’m sorry just give a min to finish this order and I be right with you “ that would be better then just not acknowledge a customer expecting if you’re not super busy…. So I will recommend just going to Starbucks next door by the home depot"

"Target always come through in a clutch. The return policy, the later price matching, guest services desk .... All were just great. As long as they keep cashier's I'll be there. I don't mind that they are putting some items behind lock & key either. I just hope they staff the stores accordingly so a guest can actually get to those products. Other than that Target is great."

"On 9/26/23 time was 12:20pm I went in to make a purchase and I feel like the lady at self check out was not willing to answer my questions because she keep helping the other customer bag her items verse just stepping over to answer my quick question. The lady was not pregnant and didn’t seem like she need help bagging her items.I’m unsure if it was the color of my skin or just that she didn’t want to answer my very quick question. She then wanted to come over and help me after I asked another target representative to help me.I feel like you should treat all customers the same no matter the color their skin or how small the question is."
