"I have been a long time AARONS renter from NV to AZ to GA to AL to IL. I have never had an issue with this company or any of my rentals. Well today I contacted the store about my mattress and box spring. Hiam (GM) she stepped right in and took care of me, she even suggested an upgraded mattress due to the current being uncomfortable.
