"I love the light fixture that was purchased thru Haute Living. The only problem was the sales person. When I first contacted Haute Living, I had to almost beg the sales guy for the light fixture. The sale happened during a sales promotion. The sale had a deadline of about one week. I got to purchased it after continuously contacting this guy and eventually he gave me the sale at the very last hour of the promotion. I think he wanted me to miss the promotion. He also, insulted me when he told me to stop being hostile, which I was not, I just keep at it until the guy finally gave me the promotion. After he made me pay in full, he eventually changed his attitude and slowly got better at his sales skills . "We purchased 6 chairs 2 ottomans and a coat rack from them. The chairs and ottoman had to be made. The coat rack was in stock. The chairs and ottoman were delivered one week ago minus the coat rack. Still waiting on an in stock item? Also one ottoman is a completely different color and fabric of the chair it goes with. We had to send pictures of both chairs and ottomans because they said we had the ottomans misplaced. Not sure how long it will take to get this resolved? Furniture is fine service is poor!"
