"I was in the store today and it was very unusual an incident. The employees got really loud embarrassing. I'm assuming someone was shoplifting. And it was just so unnecessary for the entire store employees to act the way they did please this new crew that you have need training on customer service."

"Went in this store for jogging pants. One cashier taking a large order. Three others standing around talking about personal stuff and one on her phone. I left. Very bad customer service."

"I went in the DDs discount on 95th stony plaza.on December 19,2023 evening to grab things for me and my family and had one of my children with me while I shopped. A guy by the door greeted me with a dry welcome as I shopped around the store in the house departments, women, kids toys and clothes, I even had cute little shoes for my daughter . But as I walked to the register near the window of checkout I was treated unwelcoming for someone who was going to be spending hundreds of dollars. The cashier (brown skin with dread locks) and other slim lady with glasses were standing there didn’t speak as I checked out , start ringing my items and put them in the bag any kind of way , then was like forcing the bad in my face as she seen me still putting my items up my order got to one hundred and something and she was telling me my amount when I wasn’t done putting my items up and reacted by saying damn as she seen me with more. Anywho once my hands were full with more items I guess she was impatient so she sat my bag on the floor in front of me my son had to pick it up and she realized it ripped from her stuffing too much in the bag and making it hit the floor . Then she offer a new bag but tell me I gt to pay for it so I asked why do I have to pay because you didn’t put my items in the bag correctly , then she goes to ask do I want bag for my other items I said yes why not I just don’t feel like I should have to pay for a extra double bag because it ripped because of you. Her and the girl with glasses starts to mumble things , making jokes, laughing, and she just acts irritably about ringing my items up because I have a lot of stuff. I always come to this store and have no problem if I’m shopping a lot . It’s sad that it’s the holiday season and to go into a store you comfortable with and can’t be served right or greeted properly. The cashier defly doesn’t like her job she huffed and puffed and said huhhh right in my face, then I stated why have a job you don’t like she asked the girl with glasses should she stop not knowing about what but I guess I was getting NOT serviced but she still rang me up only to realizes she was doing once piece very slow at a time so I told my son out the bag down we not shopping here. She said oh thank you and laughed .i then ask for a manager and now no one has said anything when I asked just to find out that the manager was right at the other register listening and seeing everything. She didn’t even ask about the story she didn’t direct the cashier to handle the situation better she didn’t apologize or anything. I also asked for corporate number and she gave me a blank receipt after I asked for her name she stumbled telling me and refuse to give me the cashier name because of the girl with glasses being at register because when I asked she looked back first .She later hesitated and gave me her name which is Clareese . They don’t care about customers and shouldn’t be in store while families are trying to have a great holiday getting gifts from their family. Also the young lady with dreads and asked through store on the phone talking to someone about me as well . I been a customer here since I moved in area 2 years ago spending thousands here but I WILL NEVER BE BACK !"

"Deja has no customer service skills She actually shouldn't be helping customers at all. The young lady needs to be trained properly before putting her on the register to deal with paying customers furthermore she is the only one cashiering in a store full of employees there were at least three customers waiting in line while she had a big order and she had the nerve to say she didn't need any help someone should be up there helping her the store needs New Management and the way is ran is ridiculous. Maybe that's why they have so much theft."

"I came in with my mom today and found a coffee clock that I knew she would love because she bought a different one online before from a different company, and it stopped working so fast. I saw this absolutely adorable teddy bear dress and I had to have it. We don't have a dd's discounts where we live so this was absolutely worth that trip and I will be coming back for a birthday shopping spree in October to get more adorable clothes."
