"I never leave reviews on places but for this place I felt like I definitely should!! I went to check out stratacademy for the first time yesterday to see if I could possibly get my floyd rose tremolo adjusted as well as the action on my jackson kelly js32 guitar! The people there were soo so nice and informative and told me they would be able to have my new guitar repaired for me either the next day or saturday! I told them they could take as much time as they need and they were able to find the time and get it repaired for me by 1pm the next day!! They also have a lot of other workshops and lessons to offer and even sell instrument accessories! I am definitely planning to go back there and would recommend this place to others 100%!"

One call to Lisa and she said "bring it on back". I had my guitar fixed the very next day with no charge.
