"They are just a little cheaper than Home Depot. I feel they should have a few people walking around to help people that are looking for idems. Most of the time I need to go find someone to help me with things I'm looking for, and beat Home Depot prices by at least 10-15 percent."

"Beware Lowe’s has changed return policies to punish honest shoppers due to shoplifting problems. They will only return if you have original receipts or card you made purchases with. However if it is over 90 days since you made your purchases for what ever project you are working on they will not return it. Store was extremely unhelpful and cashier at return desk thought it was funny when I was unable to receive my money back. I can say that this company has gone down hill in a drastic way. They used to be all about the customer and now are only out to protect their bottom line. They would rather focus on the less than 1% that cause them issues than the 99% that shop and continue to allow them to operate it is a real shame. I will now go out of my way to shop locally even if it cost me more to complete my projects."

"Lowes is my Go to place . The staff is pretty awesome. ALWAYS stocked too which is super nice. Nothing bad to say about this Lowe's."

"I have spent close to 10,000 dollars at this particular store over the last 12 to 15 months on flooring and trim work for my family home. I have been performing the install myself a room at a time in our home. This has been a process that has lasted approximately 14 months. I am done with the project and ended up with 8 full boxes of pergo luxury vinyl plank flooring. This store over quoted my square footage and will not allow me to return what I was over quoted since it has been a year. A gentleman by the name of Patrick at this store spoke with me and said he would look into this issue and call me back the next day but never did. I called and left messages but still no calls back. I highly recommend doing business at a different location . This form of customer service is dishonest . I work hard for my money to provide for my family. A business that over quotes customers and then refuses to address it is lacking in character. Hopefully this post will save others from a similar experience at this store."

"Steve at the Millworks Desk is phenomenal. We kept running into technical difficulties with an order and invoice (not his or anyone else's fault) and he spent a significant amount of time helping to get it straightened out. Incredibly appreciative of his help and knowledge. Every time I go, someone is always willing and able to help out and why I keep going back."
