"Staff unfriendly and not helpful. They acted like I did something wrong. Prescriptions sent in days ago. They filled one but not the other and couldn’t say why the other wasn’t filled. Then had to wait over an hour for them to fill it. Time to look for a new pharmacy."

"The pharmacy has no management skills whatsoever you have one person that takes 20 minutes and instead of having them pull a side you have 12 cars waiting behind them until half of them leave I'm starting to wonder if they do that on purpose of people will leave. Maybe they should get somebody from Chick-fil-A to come over here and teach them how to run things cuz they don't have a clue"

"This store was rated the best in New Mexico not long ago. I don't know how they continue to run out of my medication, refill after refill. I know the nanny government has a lot to do with as well. If your on narcotics for severe pain, don't count on getting it when your script is due. Might as well get off the narcotics and deal w it."

"Walgreens stinks! They are the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I called in an order 3 days ago and I'm almost out now and they hadn't bothered contacting me until today and simply said that my prescription had been canceled and it was just an ointment it wasn't a controlled substance or anything else. I am so done with you walgreens!"

"This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with by far. If your medication isn’t immediately available they will cancel the order. So if it ever does come back into stock - you’ll never know - because they’ve cancelled your order. If Walmart or CVS doesn’t have your medication in stock - they will just wait and fill your order once the medication arrives. Additionally the staff is completely unhelpful because they lack knowledge about state laws governing insulin, Medicare coverage for vaccines and therefore over charge people because they lack this knowledge. AVOID AVOID AVOID this pharmacy and Walgreens if possible - this kind of incompetence is criminal & violating state laws governing insulin costs IS criminal!"
