"This was my first time ordering online for pick up. Although I was routed to this store, very far from my home, I pulled in and within a few moments I was driving out. Great service. Next time I’ll make sure to check the store location before submitting my order."

"I had to return an item that had a part missing? I was given a hard time in getting credit back or a refund. 3 people had to look and ok the refund? Duh, it was missing a part in the first place ,that's why I brought it back. Tried to tell me they couldn't refund me and just an even exchange. Due to the missing part? I had my receipt in hand!! Finally told them I'm unhappy with the product and I want my refund! Geez... We can only do it this once was their reply! Customer training is needed! Signed an elder ..."

"Completed my shopping with my son, did not have many items, some grocery water and alcohol and medicine for kids, used self check out had the lady check my id, had my receipt texted to my phone started walking out and the “Asian female” asked for my text and I said it was texted to phone, pulled out my phone to show her and she said she would have a police officer detain me until I showed her my receipt, she then went through every bag (maybe 6 bags total) and pulled all my stuff out of the bags while I was showing her my receipt, she then told me I just look like I have stolen, even after scrolling through my entire receipt on phone item by item, very RACIAL PROFILING. Spent a good 5 minutes going over my receipt and touching all of my things inside my bags just to find out she is the racist idiot and all of my things were PAID for. She let 4 white families walk right out the door without checking their receipts. She was very harassing and she made my son very uncomfortable and myself, she should not be employed there. I will be filing a report for harassment."

"Bait and switch on flower prices on valentines day. They advertised prices of flowers in one section for $4.97. Actual prices, $24.97, $10.97 and a few at $4.97. They reversed to sell at the advertised price. This has been going on for hours before I challenged the prices. Walmart does this all the time. They are absolutely dishonest and uncaring. Beware of this corporation. They are thieves."

"It's still a one star place to shop. After months ago, security tried to accuse me of stealing. After showing my receipt to the manager and file a complaint. The security was allowed to retaliate. I followed out the store and belittled all the way out out. I called the ethics line for walmart, and all though I've never seen the manager since the security guard. From Metro lose prevention still gives me dirty looks."
