"This is hands down the best company I have worked for. I’ve been with this company for 3 years and the director DeAnn, is amazing. She genuinely cares about the kids, employees, and parents. She makes sure that everything is running smoothly and takes time throughout the day to check on her staff to make sure they’re okay and see if we need any help. I’m very appreciative to have the wonderful supervisor that I have!"
"My son absolutely loves this school and daycare. My husband and I are very pleased with the staff and especially Ms. Ariana, Ms. Cammie, and Ms. Deann."
"My son has been going there for about a year and a half. Prior to this, my son was never in daycare and was nervous to go. Now he gets excited to go and see his friends! Ms. Deann and all of the teachers have all been so helpful in making my kid and us feel welcomed. Ms. Dominique does an amazing job at teaching! She also sends us pictures and videos throughout the day. Every time my son learns something new, he’s always so eager to tell us what he’s learned. Thank you to everyone at La Petite for helping my child learn and grow! ☺️"
"My two girls went to this location for about a year and a half. I was so sad when I moved and had to find a closer daycare. The team here was absolutely wonderful to my daughters and they both loved coming. The director is soooo on top of things and is so professional while also being so kind and welcoming my family. Highly recommend this location."
"Deanne the director doesn’t know her own policy. She asked me to take my child to get checked to make sure she didn’t have pink eye. Came back with a note from the chiropractor (I am one and I work with multiple providers) and she said that it has to be a medical doctor when their policy says “physician” in their handbook. She doesn’t know the definition of a physician which the national institute of health defines it as an MD, DO, and DC (chiro) and some states NP. So she forwarded the doctor note to her district manager and he also didn’t know the policy thinking it had to be an MD. So he forwarded the note to the department of health and to their surprise they learned what the definition of a physician is and the department of health confirmed it and they had to accept the note. It’s frustrating dealing with people with a lack of knowledge and common sense and she never apologized for not knowing what she was talking about and being extremely difficult about it because she clearly doesn’t like to be corrected and thinks she knows everything. Recently my daughter had a pair of underwear full of poop smeared all over 6 other pieces of clothes in a clear plastic bag all mushed together and I asked if she could put the poop in a separate bag and her excuse was “we have a lot of kids the teachers have to watch so we aren’t going to do that it’s not our policy, but if you’d like to come here and teach then go ahead”. I said if I would come and teach I would treat the children’s clothes like I’d want my own child’s clothes to be treated and although it may not be policy it’s just respectful to separate the poop from other clothes and good customer service which she has zero of. She was laughing at my on the phone this morning. She is a capital B word and she knows it and doesn’t care. I will be transferring my child to a completely different day care company. They are a joke all the way up to district management."
