"Shopped at Smith's for years, way before Wal-Mart had groceries. I still shop at Smith's, its much less crowded, the employees are super friendly and helpful. I do not like grocery shopping because its usually over crowded all loud and rude employees at Wal-Mart⁷, but best part is i get up to a $1.00 off of gas just for purchasing groceries I was already going to get."
"Oof, the parking lot situation. I feel like I am in the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes." With so many businesses around, it is difficult to maneuver and successfully walk into the store without saying your prayers. However, the store's associates.... Houdini.... You are on your own. I usually like to go to smaller store chains to avoid the bigger chains but oddly enough, going into the bigger chain store, is quicker. The store itself, looks clean, and the shelves are nicely in order. It seems the aisles are smaller than usual and depending on when you go, there are boxes that impose on your path in the aisles. I think it's the location that makes this store a little more difficult to navigate; from the beginning to the end of your trip. If you are on a time constraint, consider another location, especially if its during the afternoon."
"While the meats and produce are good quality, it has become increasingly difficult to navigate the store. Stockers leave boxes and carts littering the aisles and shoppers for grocery pick up block the aisles with large carts. Frozen food is left sitting outside the freezers for extended period of time."
"Today I looked at my receipt from Boost order that was delivered and found a meat slider as a "substitute" for an item I never ordered. The slider was never delivered. That told me they were adding on items and had stolen. This is a vegan family so I'm sure they found us pretty funny. I looked at my last receipt and found $260 + in items I had not ordered. We were going through a lot and I didn't look at the receipt at the time. I'm filing a police report"
