"Good location,easy in, easy out. People friendly or should I say, animal friendly. We recently had one of our puppies worked on, surgery. For the best result and recovery they suggested overnight stay to make sure he was good. Pleased. Brought our dog out on leash and lifted, placed him in our car."

"I only gave 1 star because before we could even see the doctor, the vet tech came to talk to us. She came out with an attitude, she was showing us vaccines that were necessary, and when I asked her about a groomers vaccine my dog would need I said she wouldn't need that. She argued with me and practically called me a liar when I said we have been going to the same groomer for a long time without having a groomers vaccine and she said she would call them, thus, calling me a liar. I would have loved to meet the doctor if the tech hadn't driven us off with her rudeness. We won't be going back there."

"Update to review: Kassandra called me about the appointment and let me know that they spoke with the tech about appropriate protocols and will be refunding me for the appointment. I appreciate that they sought to correct what went wrong but would rather it not happen to begin with. -‐---‐------------------------------------------- I loved Juan Tabo animal clinic until today. It was the most unprofessional and difficult to watch experience I have ever had at a vets office. They tried to examine my dog's feet and when she began struggling they muzzled her and continued trying to hold her down. She was so neveous she released her bowels everywhere and they still continued trying to restrain her. She pulled one of her nails out and they still did not back off or give her space. All of this was to check for something that was not even a threat to her health. They did not complete the check up but still charged me for it. I have no intention of returning."

"Best vets ever!! They took amazing care of my 17 year old Chihuahua several years ago. He had several health issues including a collapsed trachea. They were very compassionate and provided excellent care. We moved to another state for several years and we're so happy to have them take care of the rest of our fur babies when we returned to NM. Thank you all for being so wonderful!"
