"Frank was prompt and helpful to help me pick out the gear I needed to get riding on my new bike! I have always had top-notch service here for ten years."
"Helpful staff take the time to understand their clients. I say clients instead of customer because of the support they provide makes you feel they have your best interest at heart to fit your needs and situation."
"Came across this store in my way to Arizona. A guy by the name of Felix if i’m not mistaken helped me out and got me what I needed. They will have what you need and have great customer service!"
"My visit was pretty straightforward. I purchased a motorcycle helmet. It was a very good experience, the sales associate, very knowledgeable and helpful. They had what i wanted, made my purchase, and i was gone. I appreciate that. If i do need anything in the future , i will return. Thank you."
"On June 10 (2023), I was riding my Indian Springfield from Galveston to Colorado and passing through Albuquerque. I was pulling my Bushtek-type trailer at the time. Before arriving in the city, one of the tires failed. I managed to change it with a spare and stopped off at the local Cycle Gear to see if they could help me repair the failed tire. All three tires were labeled as "tubeless," but the company I bought the trailer from for some reason put tubes in them! The tubes were WAY too big and wrinkled up inside the tire, causing a pinch and ultimately a hole in the one that failed. Another tube was pinched between the wheel and tire. They removed the tubes and made the tires true-tubeless (if that's a proper term), while also balancing them as well (which wasn't done by the trailer company). They did all this while I waited, saving me a ton of time and getting me back on track to continue my vacation. I just wanted to express my appreciation for going above and beyond to take care of someone in need. That's what you call customer service!"
