"I went on old people Tuesday. Everybody there was ancient, like the Great pyramids, dust followed. I brought the dog here but employees were queer and didn't allow us to assume our identity has disabled service. I can't help it? If my dogs retarded and I am his service animal!!??"

"First time at this Sam’s Club. Seems well organized and well stocked; found several items we didn’t know they carried and their snack selection is pretty amazing. (We’ve only had Instacart deliveries from this store before.) We used the Scan & Go option to check out-which works well. The only (small) hiccup was the scanner that the person who checks things at the exit wasn’t working, so it took awhile to log into another device, then look at my phone to see what I bought. Otherwise, a nice experience!"

"What a piece of work this location is. Some idiot named Seth at this location yelled at my mom when she reported someone cutting her off at the gas station. He screamed at her to leave if she didn’t like it. He then purposely let other by pass her in line and made her wait 3 cars that were BEHIND Her. The manager then tells her she can cancel her membership if she doesn’t like it. This is the most disgusting treatment I have ever had of. I’m beyond disgusted and would not recommend this place and this Seth person needs to go find a job that does not involve customer service in any way. Beyond disgusted. No customer service training at this location what do ever."

"RUDE Receiving office manager. First time delivering here and she acted like truck drivers are a waste of her precious time. Plus... why would you have obstacles in the way where semi's drive to deliver loads to your docking bays? If moving the obstacles are too hard for your receiving workers, maybe you should have clear parking lots that 65 ft semi trucks and trailers can get through. Office manager wanted me to snake around the obstacles. I'll gladly pay her to do that WITHOUT hitting your cardboard bundles, wood pallets, tree, or cart corral. Semi's and cars are NOT the same. If your company is expecting deliveries... LEAVE ROOM for them to get to the docks!"

"SERVING HOLIDAY DINNER DURING INFLATION? $86 for everything in this cart served 2 extended family Christmas dinners and left over meals for approximately 4 days! The proteins alone included 3 rotisserie chickens, 1 carver ham & immigration crab. Obviously, lots of salad + fruit tray options, too. Gas was also $2.45 at the Sam's Club pump. Not to mention, seemingly endless samples are like a small meal for the kids. Lol, and er, yes, the samples effectively upsaled us on the salted caramels... But they were almost as good as chocolates from a professional chocolatier, half the price, and the guests loved them!"
