"Bought some fried chicken from the deli. It was hard as a rock. Such a bummer, we were so excited to have fried chicken. Very, very disappointed I would have taken it back, but everyone took a bite and threw in trash. So yeah, watch out, make sure the chickens not 18 hours old when you go to get it. "I Was Amazed! 3/12/24 with One employee named Andrea. He was the cashier for 20 items or less-that day. I have not seen such Great Customer Service In ...Y..E..A..R..S... I mentioned to him what outstanding service he gave from the beginning til end of my purchase. He put in all my groceries bags in my basket in know time after he scanned and bagged them. I thought I was in the 70's for a moment. Too bad many have lost this good quality of service and respect to all customers. If, service was by # an grade. It's 11 A+ ... "I was disappointed because I could not bring a backpack into the store. I had walked over a mile to get there. So I walked back to my apartment, dropped the pack and walked back to the store. My two mile effort took me 4 miles. They have loss prevention staff that could have and probably did track my activity in the store. I thought that they assumed that I was guilty until proven innocent of larceny. I did not like not having my pack. It's how get things like groceries home."

"Need more product variety. Also the customer shoppers (the workers) are always in the middle of the isle. They do not slow down, multiple times they have almost hit myself and my child. Awareness and customer service needs to be addressed. We get that they are shopping for someone else, but they need to be courteous to those that choose to still shop for themselves."
