"The shorter worker with glasses & longer hair was extremely rude and unhelpful. Also the elderly gentleman with grey hair gave terrible customer service. My wife inquired about a part for our pool and the response from the worker with glasses was "I don't know" everytime. We decided to ask his coworker and even he seemed irritated that we needed help and even told us we shouldn't have asked his coworker for help because he wasnt knowledgeable on anything in the store (not a good reason to be rude). We left the store disappointed. We went to Valentines Pool store and they got us everything we needed right away with 0 issues. Lots of money went to another company. Don't waste your time here. Rude and unprofessional."

"Horrible customer service. Bob and Allan are rude, inappropriate and condescending. Did a water test and was given several recommendations which did not work and in fact made the water conditions worse! I do not recommend going to this store and spending your $$. The staff are very nice ignorant and provide no value. You would be better off buying products online."

Save your money and go to Sodeco or Pool Works. Very helpful and great customer service! I'll gladly spend my money at those places!"
