He looks out for best options, helpful tips, and calls me if he sees any concerns (like tight connections or better price/service options) with what I've requested in the system. Thankful for him!"

Southwest flights, hotels with bed bugs, wrong names on airline reservations. An intern making arrangements would have been better, and cheaper.l as you would not have to pay for their services as well. Terrible!"
