"I purchased a t-shirt during race registration, for the virtual race during this pandemic. It was supposed to be mailed to me but wasn't. Tried calling the number on the bank statement and got some promotional department that wanted me to register for a $100 Wal-Mart gift card. They didnt want to help me, but really wanted my info. It sounds like a scam. Still cant get ahold of anyone to resolve this."

"Had a problem with rowdy, ghetto volunteers screaming in my face during the Run For The Zoo event. I called Keller's office and they referred me to this organization. I left a message nearly two weeks ago yet have not received any response. I'm not surprised. 8/1/19 Edit: I escalated the issue to this organization's director, that was over two weeks ago and still haven't received a reply. Again, I'm not surprised. I'll write this off for now until the next event and go from there. To anyone reading this, just a bit of extra info for you - If ever you experience a problem with ANY local NM non-profit organization, those issues, especially dealing with funds management, can be escalated to their board of directors and also to the NM Attorney General's Office (every non-profit's regulating entity)."
