"Depending on were you live, you may have a decent experience if you don't have to deal with Bonnie Murry. She is a nightmare and you will get cheated but she is very sneaky about it; she learned it from her father who passed away. I started out in low income housing and she was covertly stealing money from me, it took a very good lawyer to spot it. Avoid her at all costs. I had to hire an attorney to get out of my year long lease and it was a battle."
