"Parking lot was very small and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The main lobby looks very nice. Our room had some issues that I wouldn't expect to come with the price tag. There were several fixtures that were not tightened down correctly, there was an issue with the toilet lids buttons. There wasn't any kind of room service, and no real area to get any food other than the restaurant. It had nice decor but the fees don't seem to equal what is offered."

"The only reason why I didn’t give a higher score was because the thermostat didn’t work (was stuck on 65). That said, shout out to Sam who worked the evening shift on February 17, 2024. He gave me great options for parking (as hotel’s parking was full). And he worked trying to get our thermostat to work. We ended up with 2 space heaters. He did give the option to move to another room too but we were settled in. Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Which is why I stay there every time I’m in Sioux Falls, SD."

"Fabulous and beautiful. The room was gorgeous. The gym was really nice. Bar in hotel was cool. Walkable to lots of fun restaurants, shops, and bars. Highly recommend."

"The room was really cool, but not over the top. The extra I paid for the "river view" wasn't worth it considering you had to stand to the side of the window to see the river. My boyfriend got food poisoning from a restaurant down the street and was in the bathroom most of the night and the housekeepers started knocking on the door at 9:00 am when he was trying to rest and continued to knock until we left at 10:30. Not impressed at all! If checkout is 11:00, leave us alone until then!"

"A beautiful place to stay in the heart of down town Sioux Falls. A old bank converted to a hotel, it has the charm of a lot of the old bank touches, hardware etc. The Treasury cocktail lounge, which is quite literally in the old walk in bank vault is quiet but friendly and the bar staff is eager to help you select a cocktail and generally that extends to the hotel staff as well. If I have anything to be a "judgey" about, it would be that the rooms have rather poor lighting, no full length mirrors and no closets. There are small wall hooks for your hanging clothes which is avant guarded but not practical. At the end of the day, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this spot to my friends for sure"
