Every issue that would prop up was taken care of at lightning pace. Wonderfully fast and kind maintenance, a wide, well-kept space at a very reasonable market price, my deposit was given back minus a miniscule cleaning fee. Jennifer herself is possibly the most dedicated property manager in Sioux Falls, when one neighbor lost their cat, she sent out a message to all residents to ask us to look out for it. She'll get you through leasing, asap and with no issue, even after leaving the apartments, she's done her best for me. Absolutely fantastic experience here, if I happen to move to Sioux Falls again, I'll certainly consider Bancroft again."
