"I have been living at The Commons for a few months now, and I can honestly say it is one of my favorite rental properties I've lived at. Curt and Levi are always incredibly helpful and quick to respond, maintenance requests are done quickly and seamlessly, and I LOVE my home. Not to mention the awesome spread of amenities, including a massive fitness center, large outdoor pool, grill and firepit area, coffee bar and lounge perfect for getting work done, and pet park right near our house. It's the perfect place my family and me. 10/10 recommend The Commons!!"

"Worst place to live. Management would hold up there end of the lease. They were to scared to do there job. Definitely not worth $1500 a month for a 2 bed room town house. I would say an appartment on north cleveland would be better."

"I have lived at The Commons for the past two years and have enjoyed everything about it. They are super dog friendly and give my dog treats at the office, which he loves. They also have fun contest held throughout the years for some fun. I also love that it has a diverse community. It is a well kept property. Safe area of town. The maintenance and staff is very responsive within 24 hours of initial contact, even sooner sometimes. They have been very welcoming and accommodating. The place has a fitness center, which I use everyday and has everything I need to do my workout. The community room is clean and cozy if you want to hangout there or host a get together. And the pool is a great place to be in the hot days of summer."

"We seriously love our property managers! Our place is amazing as well but what won us over is the people who take care of us. Hands down the best experience I’ve had as a renter. The Commons has a few different types of “homes”. Very modern and very accommodating. We’re excited about possibly moving into a bigger place and the only reason why we haven’t looked elsewhere is because of the property managers. Seriously can’t stop raving about them."
