"Multiple units without working fridges for almost a year, pretty sure a homeless man lives in the garage, burst pipes, black mold, bathroom leaks that don't get fixed, the pool has bugs in it, and several people without working air or heat. The owner of the property does not care to fix any of it. The city should fine the owners."

"Do not move here. The owner is hard to work for because he is stubborn and entitled. We have watched all the staff in our building leave and he has not rehired. He will treat you nice at first to get you to move in but after that you will see his true colors. Since he is without an on-site manager and a maintenance person the property is only improved when enough people call to complain which doesn’t do much since it seems that his voicemail is usually full. We were without garbage services for a. Few months you can imagine the smell and the discomfort we felt every time we had to go set our garbage in the designated area. If you have a maintenance request… good luck. We had to get representation involved with the city in order to see any changes and even then it is still not going very well. I personally had a dishwasher go out and it took so long to fix that we now have a mold problem and our neighbors below us had water leaking into their apartment because it was left unchecked for so long. Eventually they decided to get a dishwasher in my apartment… they didn’t call text or email they simply let themselves in and left in on our kitchen still in its box. This was like this for about a month until they had an retired worker come in on the weekend with their spouse to fix it for them since they could not. Yesterday 8/1/23 I got out of the shower at 8pm and walked into my kitchen to see the property owner let himself in. He does not respect your privacy or time. He will not do the responsible thing to contact you. He will just come in. Well, he has shown he is not responsible and I do not believe he is capable of being reasonable. This building will not be here very much longer if things continue as they are. If you ever need to rent I recommend avoiding Dunham properties."

"Just made a delivery to this complex and it is immediately clear that Dunham has completely abandoned this property. Week old puke in the lobby, abandoned furniture and vehicle in the lot. Snow and ice removal nearly non existent , dangerous surfaces everywhere. Come on Dunham, your residents deserve better!"

"Totally disappointed. The underground parking garage door is always broken. My husband went under it and the door closed on the roof of our car. They didn’t pay for the damage. I’m always complaining about that door. The blinds were stuck in the second bedroom. We tried to fix it and the charged us $70 for having to put them up. Our toilet handle broke and they charged us money to fix that. We have so many things for them to fix and we don’t ask them to fix anything anymore. They shouldn’t be charging us for fixing things. That is why we rent. We will be moving when our lease is up. We lived her once before and loved it that was why we came back. Never again."

"I am so completely disappointed with the apartment complex management. When I first moved in it was very well managed but that Manager had left few months ago. Now we have been through 2 and the first one was a complete nightmare. The current one is absolutely rude and has no business working with the public. The upkeep of the property has drastically declined in 7 months; hot tub broke in July and still broken, guest suite and community room in shambles for many months due to burst pipes, garage doors broken and don't lock and we are supposed to be secured building, just to name a few things. I'll continue with the thin walls, you can hear floors above and below you! Save your money. Yes, it is a bargain place to live for underground parking and somewhat functioning pool but not worth the drama of bad management. I'm out as soon as my lease is up."
