"Been living in one of their properties in Yankton, SD from 2010-present. Told management on day of inspection that kitchen faucet was dripping, they marked it down as needing fixed. Hasn't been fixed yet. This year told management about faucet leaking and was told it's hard to get plumber to come fix it. Have neighbor who had plumbing issues and they had plumber come. Site management keeps ignoring messages left. Can never get response back from them. I DO NOT recommend renting from them as they don't care about the tenants or properties"

"I lived in their property in huron for few years from2015-2018 the manger first 2 years was great . then came another one who doesnt answer my calls the mangement told me to leave a massage for his partner i ask for plumber she told me he will come at 6 he didnt show up i called her next day and told her i wait until 6:30she said he came 6:35and no one answer (what?)and he will meber come again . i complain to the mangement . they calked me names and told me if you dont like it go f*** and find anothrr place . which i did ."
