"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.. bed looked like it wasn’t even made when we came into room. My dog found a hamburger laying under the chair that looked like it’s been there 6 months.. shower was so gross didn’t even look clean.. paid over 100$ and would of rather slept in my car! Floor was not vacuumed, it smelled bad like old musky hotel from the 70s if I could give it no stars I would.. I stay in hotels multiple times a year I would never recommend This hotel on my worst enemy! Smells like urine in bathroom absolutely gross hotel. Bed hard as rock in could go on and on but you get the picture.."
"The first room we got had all the dirty towels and bedding from the last people. So they moved us to a new room, which was smaller.. fine, they didn’t have any other king suites. But there was no adjustment for the room difference. The second room they gave us had a reddish/brownish stain on one of the bedside lampshades. The other bedside lamp didn’t even have a bulb. There was like dried food or something chunky on the comforter. The floors were dirty. There was stuff in the carpet, like it hadn’t been vacuumed lately. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were Bobby pins on the floor (not mine) and the floor around the base of the toilet was dirty, like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The tub needs new chaulk, it was black. And the tub didn’t drain very well. The facility itself was sketchy. There were areas of the walls that were crumbling. The outlets weren’t even set into the walls correctly. The floors were gross, also hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. The pool area floor was also dirty and garbage and debris on the floor. They ran out of pool towels. The pool and the hot tub were closed due to a child having an accident, which is no fault of the hotel, just super disappointing to a 10 year old who has a whole afternoon to kill. The Mexican restaurant on site was also a little sketchy. Dirty floors and walls. Also had outlets not set correctly. We stayed there 2/16 and 2/17 for part of the day because we actually just ended up leaving and going home. And I didn’t think to get any pictures."
"It's like nothing has been updated since 2009. While clean for the most part, our room was dingy and outdated... one of the picture frames was severely warped, the TV's color was distorted, the bathroom fan was falling off the wall, the paint badly needed touch up, the furniture was old and scratched. Our room was adjacent to the pool... which is fine, but there was no sound proofing... and the curtains didn't black out the room. The lazy river badly needs resurfaced, and didn't really "river". The splash zone water is cold - not great for little kids. There was no pool attendant - they have a great spot for someone to be selling wristbands, concessions, frozen drinks, etc... no one there. There were no towels at the pool. With such potential, I truly don't know why they don't update EVERYTHING and charge at least double what they do. No one would bat an eye paying at least $200+ per night for a nice updated hotel/convention center with a waterpark. My advice to ownership/management would be to spend the money and upgrade everything... the waterpark is such a draw and you could charge a premium if you create a great experience for families."
"Nice, fancy, and clean entrance, but it smelt like a pool. The hallways and rooms are very sketchy, it reminded me of a horror movie. My friend had gotten hurt from something sticking out the floor in our room, and it had a warm and dangy smell/feel."
"We stayed here because it was part of a wedding reception. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We tried to check in an hour and a half early. The gentleman at the desk was very rude for just asking and wouldn’t allow us, which I understand but you don’t have to be rude. When it came time too check-in, the two incompetent people at the desk were so slow, rude, and unhelpful that a third employee stepped in finally. She was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Unfortunately she was the only positive experience there. Our room was disgusting. It smelled weird. The bathroom was the worst. Mold, something sprayed all over the front of the cabinets and the door hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tub and shower were so bad and moldy we didn’t even touch anything or use it. The floor in the room hadn’t been vacuumed. The coffee maker didn’t even have the right parts to work. The only thing that was clean and ok was the bed and pillows. We’ll never be back here again."
