"All staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and well kept! Breakfast offered a nice selection. Pool was a nice temp and not to cool to be comfortable. The automated text was a nice option for being able to just send a text for help or check out."

"Brookings is an annoying place to get around in South Dakota. The service was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the beds should be softer and that the trash bin should be a bit bigger. Those are the only takeaways I have from staying at this hotel."

"For this being part of the Radisson family, I expected more. It was a decent hotel, but for the price it could have been better. This hotel should definitely be under $100 a night. Checking in on a Saturday at 4pm the front desk person was having to make up beds in guest rooms so there were four customers deep waiting. She was helpful and pleasant though. The rooms with kitchens had NO dishes, nothing to accommodate the price you pay for the room. It was also not noted when reserving the room. Luckily, I had brought some of my own items, but they didn't' have any dish soap to clean anything with. The pool was warm which was nice, but it's labeled as being was 5 ft and my 9-year-old who isn't even 5 ft could stand with her head above water, that can be a liability. The hot tub hurt your eyes from the chemicals just sitting in it. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the windowsills need a good cleaning. The pictures online also show fresh cookies and coffee, there is nothing offered in the lobby but coffee and water, update pictures and room clarification is needed. If you need a quick stay, it's fine, but I will be finding another hotel when coming back to Brookings."
