"Don't move here. There is no management, packages are stolen all the time, the appliances are tiny, there are drunks passed out in the stairwells. Oh and there is no Elevator... this place sucks."

"Where do I start, I thought the apartment looked good online, decent price, sq ft was adequate. My spouse and I picked this place as they had availability and the unit had the amount of space we needed. First impressions once I move in, Parts of the floor are coming undone, door shows a large section of touch up paint that isn't the original color. One whole side of the window blinds were completely bent the other way. Bathroom cabinets were scratched to hell on the outside. Random blotches of paint and other types of stains throughout the apartment. Storage door beneath stove is crooked and probably broken. I could go on. I mean I am a brand new resident expecting a new unit. This place looks like shoddy craftsmanship and didn't have anyone check it or clean it. Communication is a joke. Sometimes nobody answers. Very disappointed I have to live here for a year."
