"Unfriendly staff and not trust worthy. Will not say anything to you as you pass them in the halls not even a hello. Water handled on bathroom sink and tub hot is cold and cold is hot. And breakfast was the same everyday waffles and cereal"

"Room 118, Gross. The pool had a very strong urine scent. To the point where my kids smelled like pee when they got out. Window locks were broken and unusable. The arm to keep the door shut is falling off because the wood on the door is stripped. Heater smells like the filter doesn't get cleaned. Staff was ok, but it's clear they don't really care. Room key cards stopped working at 12:00pm because we paid for 2 days and it wasn't set into the system correctly. The pee pee pool lost you the most points here. I recommend making the staff go for a swim to see how it feels to stink like piss"

"The GM was very rude as for her staff. I left something in the room and when I called to see if I can pick it up the clerk hung up on me. Very Very unprofessional! The room was not very clean and the jet tub was dirty looks coffee grounds..Don't go there they will charge your card over your stay... like 2 days instead of 1 day stay. Crooks!!!"

"I did not want to have to do this but I have been dealing with a wrong charge for almost 3 weeks now. I had booked a room with them for Dec 28 through their website. The website indicates that they allow dogs. I called right after booking to inform them that I had a dog with me, but the woman that answered told me they no longer accept pets. I requested she cancel the reservation and asked if I would be charged for that. She assured me I would not be charged. Then 2 weeks later, a charge shows up from them. I called and was told they were refunding me right away. This was on the Thursday before MLK day, so I waited until Wed to see if the refund came through. It did not, so i called again and was told she would email me once the refund was done. I received neither an email or refund. So I called again Tuesday, only to be told they were waiting for their Manager Sara to take a look at it. But apparently she was sick and would be back either Wed or Thur. It is now Friday and I have gotten nothing from them. Their website STILL states that they are dog friendly. I will be calling again on Monday. I do not understand why this is so difficult for them."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. No deposit required. Room was clean and smelled good when entering. Nice hot shower, hot water lasted forever. Bed was comfortable, TV had a wide range of stations. Stayed four nights over Thanksgiving, and the heat in the room worked amazingly, kept us very cozy. Free breakfast was as expected, and when they ran out of milk due to a snow delayed shipment, the staff went above and beyond and went out to buy milk. I had to extend my trip a night, booked through a third-party service, and the staff allowed us to stay in the same room, which was much appreciated. Only complaints would be the hot tub was out of order and the outside doors did not have key card entry at the moment, appears to be in renovation."
