"Since new management has taken over this place has gone down hill. Heavy snow over the weekend and sidewalk was not cleared. I fell going out to my car. It was so icy I couldn’t get up. Lucky for me there were a couple that helped me. I am told there is no maintenance on the weekends. But yet they jacked the rent up Our lease is up in July and we are out. Do not rent here"
"Ever since they got new management it’s been terrible. No maintenance on the property animal poop literally everywhere. They’re raising rent by a decent amount and with no upgrades at all. They installed new windows a little while ago and ever since then wasps started entering my apt and during cold weather u can feel the wind through the window. Forcing us to get expensive wifi when there’s way cheaper options. Forcing to get renters insurance with the highest liability coverage, now all of a sudden charging for parking ? Never paid but now it’s required??? And 35$ for parking on the street because I don’t even use the parking lot. My garage used to be 60$ and now With this new lease they are bumping it up to 100$. They are trying to charge for every little thing and yeah everything’s changed since new management I used to love this place I can make an even longer list of the cons of living here but to keep it short don’t rent here unless u want to be charged more money for an apt that hasn’t been updated and can’t even be kept up with outside. You will find better options elsewhere."
"This review was originally posted in September. First, the main office building is infested with spiders, from run-of-the-mill house spiders to black widows and everything in between. I have been watching 3 grow bigger in the gym for weeks (1 reg., 1 in the daddy long leg family, and 1 brown widow). The black widow that I found was large and outside by the entrance to the pool. Residents also weren't notified of the ground wasp infestation either because "We already called an exterminator." Second, The apartment complex is owned by a different company than when we signed the lease. This new company is absolutely awful. They fired all of the original maintenance team so now the general upkeep of the property hasn't been done. They left a bag of soap on the counter for a month and apparently never figured out how to put it in a dispenser because they switched to bottled hand soap. Communication is now non-existent. The Resident Portal where rent is paid and maintenance requests are sent hasn't ever been set up. Now they are calling about a gas leak but never arriving at the apartment to look at anything and then calling the next day saying that they need to come back again because they didn't get it fixed and still don't know where it's coming from. I would have recommended this Apartment a year ago but now I would recommend everyone stay very far away. Update. They keep adding additional "Amenities" meaning paying extra for things that we already had access to and forcing residents to use community amenities like Internet that no one actually wants. Rent just keeps going up and for the same price you can live somewhere newly built instead of an unkempt 20 year old building. There are so many "Accounting Errors" that are happening now that the New Resident Portal is up and running. Ours was them adding a $300 credit to our account for no reason and then removing it when we asked about it, thankfully we caught it before rent was due otherwise we would be owing the $300 and a late fee. We got a less then 24 hour notice for an inspection entry that turned out to be maintenance coming in and adding an automatic shut off for the stove if the fire alarm goes off. Sounds great right? Nope. The fire alarm goes off every time you open the oven if its higher that 375 and the device on the oven makes it stick out 2 inches in to the already small kitchen and leaves a gap behind it for everything to fall in to."
"If I could I would give zero stars. The previous management company was amazing. Over the past year after the switch the property and management has gone down hill exponentially. The office staff are aggressive and rude. They are completely unwilling to accommodate with ADA compliance and they do not care. My mom is disabled and treated horribly. The grounds are a mess filled with trash and debris. Parking on-site is paid only now after the new year even though my mom is physically disabled and does not have the option to not park on site. To top it off- there is a sign in the lobby now asking current tenants for positive reviews with a reward of $500 off the next months rent. They are literally paying tenants for positive reviews."
"Previous management Belgrade was excellent. Since they’ve been bought out in May of this year, there have been nothing but issues. We were told that we could opt out of the community wide internet installation, but that was a lie, they came in to our apartment and unhooked the equipment that I own without my consent, and installed new equipment. Even though we had opted out of this service because it’s $35 more than what we were paying. They changed the office hours so it’s impossible to get contact with anyone anymore because the phones are always busy. I’ve called 12 times in the last two days and it’s been busy every single time. They have taken away amenities, we no longer have a business office to make black and white copies, the community room is $75 to rent out (it’s just a basic room, nothing special), the office is no longer open on Saturday, the lawn service was canceled, and the maintenance is an all new staff. These are 20 year old apartments, and they’re charging new apartment prices. They have done nothing to add value to the properties. I would stay well away if I could."
