"Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors I've lived here 5 years and it has been an overall good experience. They put the money you pay back into the place, installed cameras to protect our parking lot, and fix issues promptly. This is one of the good ones with staff that responds and is local. They're also very accommodating and understanding if you just communicate normally with them. Having inspections and holding people to lease agreements who do try to abuse their patience is normal.. it's a rental unit, I know in Rapid we are used to slum lords who are hands off and don't care about your house sinking into the ground with bad foundation but this place isn't like that. They actually manage it and that's nice."
