"Highly recommended!! Dependable fast and quality work done. Mechanics are ASE certified. Been in business for a long time. Fees are reasonable and the waiting area is clean and the restrooms are spotless!! BUT. ... I returned 4 months later because I had a punctured tire and the mechanic told me I needed 4 more tires because my alignment was bad or my suspension was damaged. The tires went way up in price and the salesman wasn't real eager to help me with any Goodyear warranty. When I went somewhere else to get alignment done it wasnt far off at least not enough to wear that much... It was really disappointing the guy fromm JJs was dismissive and unhelpful because they lost a good customer and one that works at a auto part store who used to refer them customers....NOT ANYMORE!!"

"Angelo was very professional to work with. I had an alignment done here, they gave it straight. I had a slight concern of it pulling right about after picking it up. Not a problem with he shop, I’ve had this happen elsewhere in the past. The difference here is: Even though they had every bay full… they were quick to throw it back out on the rack for me even late in the evening. That’s the last thing any shop wants to do late in the day, but they were committed to making it right. I appreciate their extra effort to make sure it’s not pulling and keep their customers happy.
