"I had given this company 5 stars a few yrs ago. Now I give it 1 star. I own a small trucking company and used to always bring my tires here to get re capped, regardless of brand. Now a new guy Lorenzo tells me they only accept hight quality brands because they have to stand behind their name. What a pathetic excuse. Ive never had issues getting my tires capped before."

"Highly recommend!! I was staying just down the road at a hotel, and unfortunately got a flat tire on my stay here that was being difficult to change normally I called Redburn up to see if they had availability, which they did, so I limped my car a few blocks to their location Once there, everyone was super kind and generous and was able to get me patched back up and on the road again in about 15 minutes! Best service and definitely recommend for anyone with a flat!!"

"Top notch customer service. Chuy was professional, efficient, and great at his job. He showed up in less than an hr.,on a Sunday morning. Replaced 2 trailer tires in about 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this company if in the ABQ area, or anywhere in N.M."

"I called five hours ahead to get three tires, spoke with Kevin. Let him know I would be running low on hours to get home on. As agreed I also called an hour before I arrived to let him know I would be there at three o’clock. Couldn’t get him on the phone so I left a message. I called again 15 minutes before I arrived to be sure they could get it done quickly because I was low on driving hours to get home on. Still couldn’t get Kevin on the phone. A guy named Chris told me to just come on in no problem... Here I am been here an hour and a half, and they are just starting to mount my drives, still have to do the trailer. At this point I will not have enough hours left on my clock to get home tonight, no sleeper by the way! All they have to say for them selves is sorry a mistake was made... I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!"

"I came here to have my tires checked after a blow out that had been fixed but my light hadn't gone off. The guy checked all the tires finding the new one over filled and the others under filled... I bring this up only to tell you, I got an awesome tire related education in the time it takes to fill up three tires and relieve one. This place is mainly for large companies with accounts but they were happy to help me out."
