"Overall, parking is horrible, apartments are not up-to-date, and the property manager is by far one of the most challenging individuals to communicate with. Ask around before committing. She often responded in very unprofessional, rude, and passive aggressive manners. (See response below). Overall, for the current cost of these apartments you can rent a brand new, pet-friendly space in quiet neighborhoods with professional, kind property managers."

"I lived here while going to college. Nice enough place however our apartment had black mold. We complained and they tried to fix it by running high powered fans all day and night. When we shut them off to sleep the property manager scolded us like children. If you need 24 hour noise to fix a building flaw you could of rented a hotel for placement. Eventually we moved to another apartment which was way nicer however it was really never worth the price. They also stated they were pet friendly, but thats not true at all."

"One of the only places to can rent in Spearfish that allows pets. Apartments are well maintained. Hot tub, pool, and gym are on the premises. Water and cable are included in the rent. My family and I enjoyed living there while looking for a home to by. Only downside was there was really nowhere to exercise our dog, as there is no grass. I'd recommend this place for anyone."

"Probably the nicest set of apartments you'll find around Spearfish the time of this review. There's a gym and maintained pool, and you water bill is paid for. The only downside are the rules are not often enforced and people with pets, particularly dog's, run rampant and can potentially cause harm. If you also need a garage, think twice about Iron Ridge, you probably wait a year or two to get one. Yet, it got me through high school with relative comfort. 4/5"
