"Everything but the lodge itself was great. Employees seemed miserable!! Service was not great. The outdoors surrounding leave you with endless adventures. Amazing trails nearby, would recommend hiking the devils bathtub just a few miles down the road."

"We rented two - 2 seater UTVs for a half day. After driving for about 30 minutes one of the UTVs overheated. We called the rental desk and they said if it wasn't smoking to continue to drive it around. Which lead to driving around for 10 minutes at a time and then the UTV overheating and setting for 20 minutes for it to cool back down. Eventually we couldn't even drive it back and had to have someone come out to us. When the guy from the rental office found us (an hour later) he apologized and said that they had a new person cleaning the UTVs last night and he didn't clean the radiator. We asked if we could have the second half of the day since we all sat around in a broken UTV and we were told no they were already rented out. The agreed upon solution was that the broken UTV would be half refunded. I do not think that is fair because even though we had two UTVs we didn't want to separate because cell phone service is non-existent AND it only worked for 30 mins so even if you pro-rate the one rental we should have only been charged for a 4th of the rental. However even that was a joke because the rental place never refunded us and when my boyfriend called they told him to "stop call and he is lucky they are giving him $100 back". To be clear $100 if not half of the rental. This place takes advantage of out of town guests which is sad."

"Awesome equipment and right next to tons of trails. I would recommend full day rental for the value compared to half day rental. Absolutely the most fun experience in the hills!!!! Our group did about 70 miles if trails and had a blast."

"This is the place to go to rent a UTV in the Black Hills. My wife and I rented a 2-seater 2019 Polaris RTZ XP 1000. The trails were amazing!! They provide you with a GPS and map, plus an emergency GPS beacon. The views were breathtaking, and the amount of awesome trails was way beyond expectations! We had a blast! Thank you, we will be back!!"
