"Love this place, it’s people and dogs. While passing through Albuquerque my cars electrical system shut down. I called around and was told “by appointment only” until this shop. Now as someone that doesn’t live here that’s a frightening prospect. This shop toke my car immediately and within a shot period had figured out the issues and fixed them. "Valarie and her staff went above and beyond to assist us with the breakdown of our car on our cross country journey. We coasted into Albuquerque with the car beeping for 2 hours and many errors lights blinking. Toyota was of no help but Valarie was honest about everything. Best case scenario, worst case scenario, etc. we had to extend our stay by a day and a half but Valarie and her staff got the parts, completed the work as quickly as possible, and were so kind to let us leave our belongings so that we didn’t have to carry everything to our hotel. If you are a local to Albuquerque, or in need of anything passing through, I highly recommend Old town, tire and automotive. These wonderful people treated us like family and made sure that we were OK and had a place to stay as well as fixing our vehicle to get us back on the road as quick as possible! "Traveling on the 40 through New Mexico and our car crapped out on us just West of Albuquerque. AAA towed us the 70 miles into town and the driver recommended Old Town to us. They are right off the 40 on Rio Grand in Albuquerque which was convenient. Valerie and the team were great. She was very nice and even went to the extent of calling another customer and asking if they were okay to put off there repair for a day so that they could get to ours. This is way above and beyond.
