"Overall, the hotel is up to date, comfortable, and in good repair. However, they might have some staffing issues. You have to ask for housekeeping if you want it more than every three days. With four people in the room, we asked for it every day, but never got a full cleaning. Day 1 - towels only. Day 2 - towels and one trash emptied, no liner, no TP or tissues even though we specifically asked. Day 3 - one out of two beds made, trash overflowing and not changed. Also, never saw a breakfast attendant unless I went to the desk to tell them something (coffee and or juice) was out - not at all proactive. Overall a great property if they can get the staffing sorted out."
