"Beware this hotel will empty your bank account I paid over $600 for 2 nights stay until I shut down the card with my bank. Kadie said she only pulled $226. But 5 transactions later they pulled amounts that we never authorized and none of the amounts matched the $150 we signed for. As of today 3/2/24 still waiting for money to return to our account. The whole thing I was told by Kadie wouldnt have all these extra charges as long as I had a debit card on file. This should be against the law. And they are not pet friendly! This place don’t deserve one star."

"Price was perfect for staying between Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Devils tower. The rooms are called suites because of size, not amenities. Our room was huge. CLEAN - yes Room service - NO, had to go to front desk. Carpet - Old, tired, and needs some updates. Tub - YES and I loved the tub. We stayed for 3 days to spend time in each Park."

"Kadie only tells Lies, lies, lies, lies, The room was great but the customer service was horrible! Lied to us over the phone about no fees for service dogs and what do you know they just kept taking whatever they wanted until my account was dry!! Liars and thieves run this business!! No veterans discount for a disabled veteran that served his country!! Everyone just stay away from here we paid online and they still charged us for our room cause they just kept taking whatever they wanted!! I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau! Thieves!! Thieves!!! Thieves!!! And LIARS!!!! Kids running around trashing the waffle area and ran into my wife and of course no parents caring in the world about their kids running up and down the hallways!! My dogs stayed by my side the entire stay and they want to charge for dogs to even be there. My dogs didn’t even bark at anyone and I picked up after them when they used the bathroom outside. The website doesn’t say $35+tax per night for service animals!! A Shitzu and a Yorkie that is trained to stay by my side. Not run up and down the hallways screaming around!!"

"Katie was the only person that somewhat redeemed their customer service. It took 3 phone calls to get my reservation correct and once it was correct it took 3 conversations to get the quoted price even after I shared the email with the rate at check in. The rooms were adequate but the safety was lacking. To have a handicapped room on the third floor and a smoke detector hanging from wires does not make you feel very safe. The toilet was empty when we got there so we had to turn on the water for the tank to fill. Also the fridge was not working correctly. The freezer door came off and froze our food. Also for me at least part of staying is the hot tub and it was broken. I won’t be back."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was easy and front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was super comfy. Our room had a cute patiowith chairs and a table. We will definitely stay here again. Price was great, and it IS NOT like a trap hotel. Thank you"
