"We have been going through them for years. No problems but they called my mother asking about payment which is ok. We pay normal first week of month. But this time my son is in the hospital. My mother told them that. I had the money but I am at the hospital with my son. She works . They have called now thirsty time asking about it. Very rude. She explained you're not open when she is off. Probably won't go through them after this stuff is paid off in a few months.. I would like to have someone bother them when they have their child in the hospital."

"This store manager at this location is by far the most rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with, especially coming from a Store Manager, he obviously is not a good fit for his position in customer service for retail Industry. It’s amazing what a Store manager with a horrible attitude can do to a company and to customer’s, yet alone the employees under him. Needs to be addressed to District Manager and Regional, customer’s and customer service is why he even has a position. I’m just speechless of the unprofessionalism."
