"I purchased a $700 chair off the floor. We carried it out and went home. I didn't like the way it fit in our room and returned it the very next day. The sales lady refused to give me a refund -but gave me "credit" instead. It has been years 2 years now and I have not purchased anything nor do I need any furniture. I called today to see about getting a refund . They will charge me a $200 restocking fee and give me check for $500. . Again I carried this chair back in the store.-they just had to move it a few feet and they want to charge 200. Never, ever will I shop there again. I will stick to furniture Row or American Furniture."

Deb was a wonderful sales rep for the couch and recliner, and Amy was great for the blinds ... both provided excellent customer service and support throughout the ordering, delivering, and installation process. The delivery of the couch and recliner recently happened, and Troy and Sam did a fantastic job. They carried everything into the house, making sure to not bump the doors, track in snow, etc. They also made sure to double-check that the pull-out bed worked seamlessly ... and they looked over each cushion and pillow to make sure there were no blemishes, rips, tears, etc. Very friendly throughout the entire process. It has been several years since we purchased any furniture. The various staff made the entire experience positive, professional, and comfortable."
