"I would completely agree with one review that stated they would rate this place a zero! 1st off when you call no one answers the phone! Not a good way to conduct business!!! 2nd if you request a call back they NEVER return your calls! And they continuely drop the ball in calling in refill for medication. Which for a physiology business that is a dangerous practice. This place used to be great with great doctors (Dr. Opbrock) and an amazing front desk personal. We have gone here for 8 years and will not be going back. Time to find someone new!!!"

"I've been seeing Tara Ginter for counseling and EMDR for about six months. She's so kind and helpful and is accessible and flexible with scheduling. She also has a sweet therapy dog named Crew who I love to give treats to and cuddle on the couch with. The receptionists are very helpful and kind, as well. I've had great treatment from and interactions with the team at Black Hills Psychology and would highly recommend them."

"Poorly managed. Difficult to make appointments. The current inaccessibility or complete non-existence of a way to contact or make appointments through any means besides a phone call should be unacceptable for a mental health service. Many mental health problems make it difficult to impossible for some to talk on the phone. Some years ago these options were available. Now this place is truly going down hill. Recently I noticed even the website itself is currently disabled. In many ways they are not accommodating to the very people they claim to be there for. I hope they manage to get their act together."

"6 years of Sleep Maintenance Insomnia. Health was declining, co-morbid issues were escalating. I started down the path with my primary, tried everything from thyroid medication to expensive sleeping pills, but was not finding progress. Dr. Adam educated me that my insomnia is a manifestation of a primary disorder. It took about four weeks on medication, and finally I started to improve, not just with sleep but life in general. My wife will contest to this, I am an overall happier person, I don’t lash out, I don’t focus on the negative. It has been about a year and I have slept great every single night, even when I wake up to the new born I am able to get back to sleep. Objectively, prior to Dr Adam I felt like I could never catch my breath I would try to go for a run and would make it maybe .5 miles and would be gasping for air. Yesterday I ran 9.25 miles training for a half marathon!!!!!! Dr. Adam, as cliche as it sounds, changed my life, saved my marriage, and made me a better father!!!!!!!!"

"If I could rate this facility a ZERO I would! They allowed me to schedule appointments for an evaluation for my daughter (2 month wait list) and proceded to call me 3 days prior to her appointment to tell me they do not work with 6 year olds. They knew her age when I scheduled the appointment. And now I have completely wasted 2 months of time. Not only that, but the office staff that called to tell me said she would look into other options for my daughter to refer us to and NEVER called me back. Today we drove 2 hours to her appointment for an evaluation (which they still said they would do) and told me I was 2 hours late. The gal that verified the appointment 3 days ago with me stated it was at 3pm. That could have been a missunderstanding. But their front office staff is the most rude and unprofessional lady I have ever come Into contact with. TERRIBLE SERVICE and now my 6 year old with extreme anxiety has even more stress and anxiety in regards to appointments. I will NEVER refer to this facility."
