"Dr. K is great. Front office is awful. Can't get ahold of someone unless you leave a voicemail, and when you are on with someone, they talk over you and transfer you to a random department midsentence. Zero soft skills."

I see nurse practitioners who need to check with someone outside the exam room to check on how drugs interact with each other. I see the neurologists sitting at their desks while the nurse practicians are running their legs off. I'm sure I'm paying for a doctor's time and not a nurse. They lost my MRI report and never followed up. Don't go here. I'm seeking another provider."
