"I appreciate that I was able to be seen quickly, especially since I was in significant pain. Nurse Tyler was exceptional. Dr Fox was extraordinary. Both listened carefully, showed tremendous compassion and acted quickly to diagnose and treat my condition. I could not ask for better care and they both deserve 10-stars. My only concern is that the pricing is high and unspecified. I’m self-pay and they don’t give a self-pay discount. Neither do they provide any cost breakdown so there’s no way to see what you’re specifically paying for. They gave a quote before proceeding and require a signature on a form, stating there will be no breakdown of cost. When you’re in excruciating pain from broken bones, you’ll sign and agree to anything. That’s what I did. It’s disappointing that the corporation that owns this business doesn’t take care of people nearly as well as the incredible medical team they have put together. UPDATE: Interesting that Complete Care posted their reply stating they were unable to reach me AFTER I already called and spoke with them. WHY? PR?? All she wanted to do was "explain" their policy. Nothing changed. Just wasted my time listening to them justify how they bill. She promised to email a printout of charges "first thing in the morning"...still nothing. She also let me know that Dr. Fox left this week. How unfortunate."

"My son and I received some of the best care I have ever experienced. We were seen promptly (we were both sick), the care team was very kind, patient and took my concerns seriously. We had never been before and the front staff was very welcoming and didn't just shove paperwork at us right away. They did all the appropriate tests, gave my son a teddy bear and the doc treated all my symptoms and provided ample and appropriate prescriptions for care at home. This is where my family will be going for all our urgent care and emergency needs. They called to check on me and also sent my son a card."

"Came in after hours and had consent to pay as an ER visit. I gave them my insurance info but they said they could not get authorization that evening and I would have to pay out of pocket. I paid, but I was ensured they made a claim with my insurance so I would have the payment count towards my yearly deductible. There is still no claim information and no claim was ever taken out that with my insurance. Decent service, but not great at following up on insurance claims. I feel like they got paid, so they didn't care about actually filing a claim."

"Really nice encounter and great visit . I have only one recommendation for my visit. I had stitches in the bottom of my foot and not knowing crutches were available at the time of my visit. I went home and realized that it was very difficult and very sore to try and apply any sort of pressure on my foot. I called and was informed that I couldn’t get crutches after the insurance had been billed… sure would have been great to get the option ahead of time, before I had left."

"Went to this facility because I don't have insurance and needed emergency care. I had such bad back pain that I couldn't use the bathroom and could barely walk. The staff greeted me quickly and got me into a room before I even got my paperwork done. They were quick to get me comfortable and get the pain under control. The assistant was so nice and personable. She was getting to know me to distract me from my pain and discomfort. The doctor wanted x-rays done, and they were able to do them at the facility. The x-ray tech put me in a wheelchair to get me to x-ray even though it was only a couple doors down. They were very conscious of the pain medicine and the effects it could have on me. They take safety very seriously and handled me very well. After x-rays, doctor confirmed that I have a herniated disc in my spine, he wrote up a referral for me to see a spine specialist in Denver and sent pain regulation prescriptions to my local pharmacist. They are so transparent with care, friendly from beginning to end, focus on your comfort and safety, and are very affordable to people who don't have insurance. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Spectacular care and will be my future place to go for care. Thank you so much for the comfort you provided me and getting me where I need to be for treatment."
