"I am shocked they have the nerve to say Kelly Belk's background is Orthopedics. I came to her in October requesting an evaluation for a rare connective tissue disorder. I explained my situation and why I felt I needed to be evaluated. She sent me to a physical therapist. Told me the PT would evaluate and if needed, diagnose what I was inquiring about. THREE months I wait for my appointment because they are booked out. The first thing the PT said was "PTs don't diagnose that. We can only say if we suspect it." And, guess what, she suspects the super rare thing I told Kelly I thought I had. MONTHS wasted because Kelly was too lazy to do a simple 9 point physical examination. Personal note directly to Kelly - sometimes it really is a zebra."

"Stacey is a wonderful provider. She gives ample time and attention to her patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. Toni, the receptionist, always takes great care of us both coming in and leaving our appointments."

"I was blatantly lied to about MY OWN heath and diagnosis. Told I was not diagnosed when my medical chart said otherwise. Not sure what thinking Dr Vogt had with this situation but it harmed me in more ways than one. After being spammed with texts calls and emails I finally had to call and tell them to cease communications with me because the medical professionals made me feel unsafe and put in harms way the recipient of my call asked no questions and practically hung up on me. Horrible place not to mention other providers also making me feel crazy and invalidated concerns instead of trying to help, told me to “move on from the childish stuff” who tells a patient that regardless of status/age it was beyond rude and unbelievable how often I went in just to be made to feel unsafe and not heard or seen. When I asked for tests or evaluations I was repeatedly told not to get on that track because it’s not true. We’ll come to find out I have been right all along. I genuinely hope all of the staff gets to hear this because they need a serious investigation at this office."

"Used to be a great office when Erica Nichols was there. Not so any more. I am currently out of town and my insulin pump failed and can’t get a replacement until tomorrow when I return home. Called as soon as they opened to see if I could get an emergency prescription for long acting insulin pens until I can get home and get my new pump. I have to get on an airline flight in 4 hours, and all I get are excuses from the office staff that the person I normally see is “busy with patients all morning.” I’ve already been without a means to inject insulin for 24 hours and won’t be able to do so for another 24 hours or more. A PA can’t take 10 minutes for an emergency prescription for a long time patient? I’ll be looking elsewhere for healthcare from this point on…."
