"I called to make an appointment and was able to get in same day. Now I'm not sure how often that's the case but it was awesome for me because my boss won't cut me loose from work to get my physical done so I had a day without a dispatch and Dr. Paterson hooked me up with a same day visit. His office is the cleanest I've seen in a long time which is uncommon, in my experience, with the corporate places in town. Darlene gave me an online link before my appointment so that I could fill out my medical questionnaire before my visit which they received and had at the time of my appointment. She also checked me in with ease when I arrived for my appointment with a very hospitable demeanor. Two more uncommon experiences with the corporate clinics! If you need a DOT physical I would highly recommend you give Dr. Paterson's office a call! Get yourself hydrated before your visit too! If you don't, no worries, they'll get you some clean water to help you along."

I've also never had them closed during business hours, so I'm guessing these negative reviews are from friends of someone who was disgruntled, and they all posted similar comments to bring down the rating. This place is very clean and professional, and also very affordable!"

"Fast and friendly service for a DOT physical. I left a voicemail on Monday and Darlene called back within an hour and was able to get me in Wednesday. Employers are willing to pay for a DOT physical but 90% of the time you have to use concentra or someone in their network. Who wants to sit at urgent care for 6 hours just to get a DOT physical? I was in and out of here in 30 minutes. Just pay this office the $95 and claim it back on your taxes."

"Set appointment the morning of. Showed up 15 minutes early and was immediately checked in. This lady is amazing. Whole process was 30 minutes or so. I'm a CDL driver needing a physical and would recommend this office highly to any driver like myself. It was $95 which was cheaper than others. Also, this review was un solicited. I'm just impressed."
