"Edit:This was not the doctor. He took very good care of me and I am thankful and blessed everyday. It is the billing department & online process. Finally found receipts & got this off my credit report 4 yrs later. Wish I could rate -10 I had surgery for a Brain Aneurysm in June 2018. I paid my bill online as directed. Between June 2018 & Sept 2018 Pikes Peak Anesthesia Associates became part of US Anesthesia Partners-Colorado BILLING ONLINE STATES!! Please pay your bill online using the payment portal that corresponds with the date that services were rendered. Pay for services rendered ON or BEFORE AUGUST 31, 2018 here. Pay for services rendered ON or AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2018 here. I DID EXACTLY AS WRITTEN. My payments were lost for months. After hours, days and months of fighting with them they were able to locate the payments. They sent me a letter stating PAID IN FULL. Approximately 4+ months later they contacted me stating I somehow pulled a payment back???????? The bank would have had to contact the business and investigate and I certainly would NEVER be able to "PULL A PAYMENT BACK" after 4 + months. I just received a letter that they sent me to collection????? This billing department is HORRID HORRID a complete nightmare."

"I personally work with these providers and they are great! All of the negative reviews seem to stem from billing issues, which I can guarantee you are not under the direction of the physicians. I believe what the reviews meant to say was “the doctor kept me asleep yet alive, I had a successful surgery, but the billing has been a nightmare.”"

"As a cash pay patient we have had a frustrating experience with this practice. We paid the cash rate in full at the time of service. That’s why it is shocking that they sent the amount of the cash pay discount to a collections agency. Our repeated attempts to get this cleared up have gone unanswered. I certainly welcome a resolution to this issue and start taking our calls."
