"ABSOULTLY HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your time. I got a emergency referral to this place and made my very first appointment. Apon checking in they told me I missed 3 appointments when I never missed a single one. When I asked to provide documentation of these alleged missed appointments they would not provide it. Then when I ask to speak to a supervisor they again refused. So I asked for my new patient paperwork back when the receptionist refused and then ripped them in half and handed them back to me this place is extremely unprofessional and the staff is extremely rude. I will not be disappointed when they close for good!"

"Terrible- not helpful and makes things worse. All I needed was my medication, they can't do that in a timely manner, I will now have to wait over a week to get my maintenance prescription because they do not work the hours listed online, nor do they answer their phones, or return voicemails. Even if they say they will call you back, they don't. Dr Reddy also rushed me out in 5 minutes for a followup of a CT scan and missed major information for almost a year. BEWARE"

"Dr. Reddy and staff very dedicated to helping me..no matter how busy they are. They make sure I'm up to date on all tests, vaccines and medications. Dr. Reddy will do video conferencing too if you want that I really appreciate."

"Dr. Sridhar Reddy has been god send for our family. My parents see Dr. Reddy and Dr. Patel at this location. They are very caring and accommodating. The nurses are amazing, NP Maria is very professional and cares for her patients. Works very hard to ensure patients and their appointments are taken care of. We had couple emergencies and the doctor was able to give us tele health appointments and in person appointments in the last minute. My dad received proper diagnosis from Dr. Reddy. We really appreciate their hard work in taking care of their patients."

"Really disappointed how Dr. Reddy’s secretary treated me today! She was rude. I only asked to her to fill the form (again) with a CLEAR letter because USCIS doesn’t accept forms with no clear letter. Then she grabbed my arm very aggressively and measured my pulse. I hope no one has to deal with her in a bad day because she’s a horrible person. And she needs to be calm and patient with customers."
