"The good: When I was finally able to get the appointment, the folks there were very kind, attentive and thorough. And funny which is so great! The not so great: And... the downside. I have yet to receive a returned call even with important test info results. Which is a wee bit anxiety provoking when wanting to follow up with my health. Yes, I'm understating. The not so pretty: The appointments are scheduled very far out. When wanting to attend to my health needs, not ideal."

"Doesn't return calls. The care I received at my doctor's appointment was great. Blood work was ordered. I received a call from my pharmacy about a prescription that was ordered. I have no idea why or what the rx is for. I called the office and left a message about the rx and test results. No return call. Waited a few days, left another message. No return call. Called enrollment to try and register for online access. No return call. To me, the follow up care is just as important as the physical office visit. I shouldn't have to beg for a return call regarding MY TEST RESULTS. I think 5 days is sufficient time for a call back especially since an rx was called in."

"Unprofessional from the start. Front desk acknowledged me after I stood there for a few minutes. After I gave them my info they went back to talking about their personal lives. Medical assistant that checked me in was amazing. That was the only positive thing about the visit. The NP I seen didn't listen to my concerns. She recommended things I told her did not help. I work in the medical field, I know what I'm talking about. I'm sick, I'm tired, and I'm not about to argue with her. So I clarified my prescription and left. She did not send the order to the pharmacy. Not surprised. I definitely will not be going back there again."

"Today was my first visit at this Peak Vista location. From start to finish everything went beautifully. The lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful. My wait time was short and the assistant was a doll. Dr. Voget was wonderful. He knew all about my recent surgery before he even walked in to meet me. He was nothing but kind and very thorough. I am super happy that I landed in this office."
